Sonata "00" Pizza Flour is perfect for classic Neapolitan Pizza made in a wood fired, gas or electric oven.

It makes a soft and flavoursome crust. Cappella has a very high gluten content made from the best quality wheat varieties for optimum hydration, extensible long fermentation doughs baked at very high temperatures.
