Mademoiselle - Banoffee Gateau (box)

A banoffee gateau made with toffee sponge cut into 2 layers, filled with a layer of banana toffee filling and stabi-lised dairy cream. The whole cake is then completely masked in stabilised cream and side coated with digestive biscuit crumb. The top is decorated with a full cover of stabilised dairy cream blobs and spots of toffee sauce sprinkled with caramel coating pieces.

Solid un-cut product. 9"

Store At -18°C. Do not refreeze. Due to the Food Safety Act (1995), frozen and chilled goods are not returnable.
